Enjoy the yuletide season at Baguio City by joining in the Merry-Go-Run on 3 December 2017. This is organized by the Supreme Student Council of STI College in Baguio City and the Live, Laugh, Love Events Planning and Coordination services.
There are four categories for this race, namely 5-kilometer, 10-kilometer, 15-kilometer, and 21-kilometer.
Registration fees are as follows:
5K – Php 450.00 for non-students and Php 350.00 for students
10K – Php 550.00 for non-students and Php 500.00 for students
15K – Php 650.00 for non-students and Php 600.00 for students
21 K – Php 750.00 for non-students and Php 700.00 for students
Registration is inclusive of singlet, race bib, baller, refreshment stubs, certificates, and finisher’s medal for 21-kilometer participants. Be prepared for a HoliPowder shower.
All first placeholders for the four categories will receive a first-place finisher’s medal.
All students who are interested to join must present their valid school ID during registration and avail of student discount for the registration fees.
Registration can be done at STI College Baguio located at #1 Private Road, New Lucban, Baguio City (2nd floor, Student Affairs Office).
Another registration site is at Foodjective in Bakakeng Sur, Purok II, Quinio Compound.
You can register at the Sessions Hub Cafe at F. Calderon street, which is conveniently located beside Prime Hotel at the corner of Session Road.

Join the first ever trail run empowered for women.
This is an event outside Baguio and will be held in the outskirts of Pintong Bukawe, San Mateo, Rizal.

SUB-SANDI CHALLENGE INDIVIDUAL – AUGUST 13, 2017 Php 600.00
FIERCE 15K INDIVIDUAL – AUGUST 13, 2017 Php 800.00
This will be a fund-raising event for the benefit of Sandi Menchi, who is one of the distinguished female runners in the country. A champion runner who is aiming to join the TDS or Sur les Traces des Ducs de Savoie which is part of the UTMB festival of running races.
Regarding the TDS race, the TDS is a trail run that starts in Courmayeur in Italy running along the Grande Randonnée routes that cross Mont-Blanc, Beaufort, Tarentaise and the Aosta valley which were were once part of the Savoie State. The TDS race is 119 kilometres including several sections at altitudes surpassing 2,500 metres and a positive altitude gain of 7,250 metres. The highest points of the TDS are Arête du Mont-Favre (2,435 metres), Col Chavannes (2,603 metres), Col du Petit Saint-Bernard (2,188 metres), Passeur de Pralognan (2,567 metres), Col de la Gitte (2,322 metres), and Col du Tricot (2,120 metres). All participants must be fit carrying the appropriate equipment and ability to run in semi self-sufficiency and finish within a cut-off time of 33 hours.
Running at the TDS is the goal of Sandi Menchi and let us all hope and pray that she will finish the TDS race on time.
